Minigames

Quick answer

Steam names Game Party, Zombie Virus, Obby Race, Tower of Infinity, Fashion Star Runway, Snowball Fight, Sky High, and more minigames at school.

Game Party is a tournament of 30 players. It runs until one player is left. The hub says you earn rewards for playing it.

Join from the Plaza Game Center, or from Phone, Play Game, Game Party. The map helps if the building is not obvious.

The Stars article lists minigames as a Stars source. It does not print a payout per mode.

Minigames are the competitive half of a social game. The store page lists modes by name. The hub guide explains the queue that ties a lot of them together.

Names on the Steam page

The feature text, quoted as a list rather than a strategy:

ModeHow Steam describes it
Game PartyLast one standing from 30 players
Zombie VirusNamed as a minigame, no further rule in the paragraph
Obby RaceNamed as a minigame
Tower of InfinityNamed as a minigame
Fashion Star RunwayNamed as a minigame
Snowball FightNamed as a minigame
Sky HighNamed as a minigame
School set“An assortment of additional minigames found only in school”

The hub guide’s Game Party paragraph matches the 30-player line and adds that the set includes races, obstacle races, survival, and more, and that you earn rewards.

How to queue

Two paths, both from the hub:

  1. Plaza → Game Center
  2. Phone → Play Game → Game Party

If the Game Center is not where you expect, open the map on the Phone. Friends can be pulled in with Follow and Summon once you are friends. Those buttons are on Beginner guide.

What you get

“What are Stars?” lists minigames among the ways to earn Stars, next to fishing, daily missions, and ad rewards. The Game Party section says you earn rewards and does not itemize them. Play one round and read the result screen. That number beats a copied table.

The go-kart frame above is store art. Steam’s mode list does not use the word kart. Treat the screenshot as a look at the driving minigames, not as a named mode entry.

School-only minigames require you to be at the school. The Camping Ground article places the School beside the Camping Ground on the Plaza side. Use the map pin labeled for the school in your client.
