Pets

Steam’s pet paragraph names puppies, kittens, ponies, walks, and rides, plus limited pets that show up for a period and then leave. The help center explains the care loop. It does not print a breed table.

Buy and equip

• Plaza → Pet Shop sells Pet Eggs, Pet Food, Pet Beds, and Pet Toys.
• Pet furniture is a different menu: Phone → Furniture Shop → Pet Furniture.
• Owned pets: Bag → Pet. Tap a pet to summon it. It follows you.
• A Pet Fence is the other way to care for and feed one, from the leveling article.

Leveling

The official path has three stages: Egg → Baby Pet → Full-Grown Pet.

1. Watch the pet. A Desire is the thing you resolve.
2. Resolving it grants Stars and fills the bond gauge.
3. A full bond gauge levels the pet.
4. A new level can unlock tricks.
5. You can also care and feed by placing the pet in a Pet Fence.

The leveling article does not list every Desire or a timer. If the client shows a countdown, that countdown is the one to obey.

Names and tricks

Rename from pet information, using the edit control beside the name. Unsummoned pets are under Bag, Pet. A summoned pet opens when you tap it and press the footprint button.

Tricks are learned by leveling. The pet ignores a trick it has not learned. Trigger one by typing it in chat, or open the list from the trick button on the right side of the chat box.

HAEGIN’s naming rule is a moderation rule: an inappropriate name can be replaced without notice, and the account can be banned.

Combining

The hub guide’s combination rules, in its own order:

• Four pets at max level, plus currency that depends on the grade, are consumed.
• The pet returns to level 1.
• The name returns to the pet’s base name.
• The combination NPC is in the Camping Ground. The guide says “a certain NPC,” so read the nameplate in your client.
• The pet wears its default clothes afterward.

Grade names and the currency amount are not in that paragraph. Read the NPC’s confirm screen before you spend four max-level pets.

Limited pets from the store page are time-boxed. If a species is missing from the Pet Shop, it may be a rotation, not a bug. The notice board is where HAEGIN announces those windows.
